1. Business Description

Polarshine provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services. By opting into our SMS service, you can expect to receive messages related to:

Requested service quotes and pricing inquiries.

Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates.

Arrival notifications and service reminders.

Invoices and payment receipts.

Occasional follow-ups regarding service quality or seasonal offers.

2. SMS Service & Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 8254795640. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Rates and Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us and your service schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Service Terms (Window Cleaning or Lighting)

Access: The customer agrees to provide access to all windows scheduled for cleaning.

Rain Guarantee: If you have selected a package with a rain guarantee, touch-ups must be requested within 48 hours of the service date if spotting occurs due to weather.

Cancellations: We request 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

7. Privacy
